Returns

Due to the nature of our personal care and haircare products, we can only accept returns for products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
